The free inspection is how you find out which one is in your house before anyone quotes you a price.02Ants & roachesGhost ants at the sink, palmetto bugs at the drain.Ghost ants at the sink and palmetto bugs at the drain are both moisture-and-entry problems, not housekeeping ones. We bait along the actual trails, because spraying ghost ants splits one colony into several.03Rodents & exclusionRoof rats in the attic, then the hole they came in through.Roof rats get in at the roof line (a soffit gap, a lifted tile, the A/C chase) and the attic is the warmest dry place they can find. Trapping without sealing those openings just makes room for the next one.04MosquitoesBarrier treatment plus the breeding sites in your own yard.Aedes mosquitoes breed within about 150 feet of where they bite you, which usually means a saucer, a gutter or a bromeliad in your own yard.
