Perimeter treatment along a foundation, tidy lawn
What you will see
Nothing, ideally. The plan exists so that the ant trail, the roach in the garage and the scratching in the attic are handled in the visit before you would have noticed them.
What it means
South Florida does not have one pest season, it has twelve. A quarterly rhythm puts a visit in front of each of the four shifts: termite swarms in spring, mosquitoes in the rains, ants and roaches in the heat, rodents on the first cool front.
What we do
An exterior perimeter treatment each visit, an interior treatment where it is needed, a look at the roof line and the attic access, and re-treatment between visits if something shows up.
