Three steps, and you are there for all of them.
We look.
Raul walks the house with you: baseboards, attic hatch, roof line, the yard. The inspection is free, and he tells you what he finds in plain English or Spanish, including when the answer is "nothing yet".
We treat.
Targeted to what was actually found. Bait where baiting works and spraying would make it worse, barrier where a barrier holds, exclusion where the hole is the real problem.
We come back.

Mayra answers the phone, schedules the visit and follows up, in Spanish or English. Raul does the inspections himself, the way he has since the 1980s.
That is the whole company. There is no dispatcher, no script, and no one who has not seen a South Dade attic in August.

Every day, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Saturday and Sunday included. Most pest control companies in South Dade close on Sunday. We do not.
